I really like the color scheme in the dress.
The cloud are pretty nice, I love that they don't have a LOT of details. It makes you focus on the character rather than the background :3
The melting candle is so nice as well, gives off this warm feeling.
I love the hints of rainbow colors in her hair, it really adds a lot to it and great job on the overall feel.
The highlights and light effects also turned out well
